New custom cards for old EM

Made some custom cards per request for a Wms Grand Prix (EM).

Emailed them to Pinball Rebel, so hopefully they'll be up before long.

In honor of them, I say we get two more qualifying games on it so it can be a league machine (there are two q scores already).
